Top 5: Work Wear
1. Monochromatic
If you do not usually wear a lot of colour monochromatic outfits are an easy place to start. Although this is a simple idea I think monochromatic outfits are an easy way to look chic.
2. Colour Blocking
Once you have nailed a monochromatic look and ready to level up your use of colour, colour blocking is the easy evolution. Again this looks chic and put together while adding vibrance to an outfit. Colour blocking with bold colours is not just for the summer!
3. Patterned Blouse
I LOVE patterns. While prints and patterns might not be for everyone, at least one well tailored blouse with a fun print should be in your wardrobe. When I bought the black and while blouse in my first photo I never realized how much use I would get from it!
4. Colourful Blazer
Although this doubles up with the colour blocking category for some of the looks having a few coloured blazers are great in your wardrobe. While black, navy and grey are great staples throwing on a coloured blazer instantly dresses up a look!
5. Patterned Pants
This is an item I never realized I would get so much use out of. On days when I canβt think what I want to wear it is easy to throw on some patterned pants with a solid coloured top or sweater and look put together. One pair of tailored patterned trousers is a great wardrobe addition.
Hope you enjoyed this round up of the year! For obvious reasons I had fewer work wear looks this year so I am excited to see what next year holds! As you can see from the overlap in looks you only need to have a few bold pieces that you rotate through your wardrobe to create a variety of great looks!
