Mon Cheri at Hotel Vancouver: A Parisian inspired Pop up Bar
It is the month of Love! Although I am a firm believer that we need to celebrate those we love and who love us all year long Valentine’s Day lets us prioritize those special people in our lives.

Throughout the year Fairmont Hotel Vancouver had different seasonal pop up cars in their basement. From February 6 - March 23 2025 the hotel has a Parisian themed cocktail bar.
The sensual atmosphere of the bar is the perfect space to celebrate a night out with friends or your love. The dark red tones mixed with lush roses and LED signs mixes the feeling of a speakeasy with a cocktail bar.
I love that the space has a few different rooms each with a slightly different feel depending on your mood. These rooms also give the perfect space to celebrate with a group.
If you love martinis you need to visit. The cocktail menu has a great martini section along with other Valentine’s inspired drinks.
